Customer Success Analyst

About The Position

Sixgill is looking for a rockstar Customer Success Analyst to join our growing customer success team. In this role the CS analyst will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction,  adoption and retention by research and providing valuable threat intelligence insights to our customers. The CS analyst will engage directly with customers, partners and resellers. He will coordinate customer threat intelligence requirements across internal departments, define and manage operational and success metrics.


Owning and managing Sixgill customers life cycle:

  • Research and produce intelligence reports for Sixgill customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer and Collaborate with RnD, PM and Intelligence teams  
  • Identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate risk
  • Ensuring retention and satisfaction by providing intelligence insights to our customers
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Work alongside with our Sales team to identify up-sell opportunities


  • Prior experience in Customer Success processes in SaaS B2B environments - Must
  • Experience in WEBINT research (Writing reports, link-analysis, threat actors, source development or similar.)
  • 2-3 years’ experience as Threat intelligence analyst in government intelligence, Threat Intelligence vendors, think tanks
  • Knowledge of writing/executing scripts to facilitate analysis - Python
  • Understanding of Cyber-security - Financial and fraud MO's and TTP
  • Passion for providing real business value to customers
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Hands-on , technical background, particularly with SaaS products and services 
  • Strong team player with self-starter capabilities
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Experience with Dark Web research - Advantage
  • Language proficiency in additional languages preferred but not limited to either Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Persian, Chinese and French - Advantage
