FP&A Analyst

About The Position

Come be a part of our passionate and impactful finance team, and enjoy a great atmosphere.  We’re looking for a motivated and problem solving individual to become a part of our talented finance team. The FP&A analyst position offers a great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact within the finance department of an exciting and fast paced cyber security company. The position will report to the company’s Controller. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key financial and business forecasting, build and maintain complex financial models while providing added value and insights
  • Work directly with an external valuation firm to support production of valuation reports for the various needs of the company (409A, Stock options etc.)
  • Calculation of quarterly commissions
  • Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing and assistance in delivering end-to-end reporting package and consolidated financial statements
  • Take part in company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis
  • Assist in preparation of various materials for the board of directors and investors reporting
  • Assist in US tax and regulatory reporting (Sales tax, transfer pricing etc.)
  • Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks and projects and implementation of new software 

Requirements 

  • At least 3 years of experience as an FP&A analyst in a high-tech / biotech company, or a valuation firm
  • Knowledge of various forecasting models and BvA analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting (Preferably both)
  • Team player, not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and perform tasks outside of the classic FP&A domain
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC etc.) - advantage 
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, ability to learn new software quickly
  • High proficiency in English
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Knowledge of Priority/Netsuite ERP/PowerBI - advantage
