Talent Acquisition Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team to support Cybersixgillx’s rapid, ongoing growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager will need to create innovative talent acquisition processes and projects and provide strategic hiring solutions. Reporting to the Director of HR, the Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruiting process, develop ongoing talent pipelines, and identify strong candidates for open positions across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for people and building inclusive teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, crafting profiles, screening resumes, phone interviewing, in-depth behavioral interviews to offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers across all teams to identify and execute successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Coach and train managers across departments on recruitment related subjects and implement best practices
  • Ensure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through strong communication and timely feedback
  • Build employer brand awareness; develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct effective data-driven recruitment processes by utilizing our ATS (Comeet) and by using metrics to support decision making 
  • Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent
  • Help develop and maintain onboarding and orientation for new hires


Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a full cycle E2E recruiter 
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruitment databases and social media platforms 
  • Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Experience working cross functionally with leaders at all levels 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of prioritization 
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Hebrew
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with Comeet (ATS) preferred 
  • Global recruiting experience preferred 
  • BA in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
